Pemax Enterprises LLC is a veteran-owned, family-operated Florida company created to build and manage businesses with discipline, accountability, and long-term purpose.
Founded by a retired U.S. Army veteran with 24 years of leadership and logistics experience, Pemax applies military precision, responsible planning, and strong operational controls to every venture it develops.
Our first venture, Ego Fashion, will operate in the e-commerce apparel market. Future plans include transportation, food service, logistics, and government-contracting opportunities. Each business will be developed deliberately, properly funded, and launched only after the appropriate systems, insurance, licenses, and compliance requirements are in place.
